It was designed by Spanish neofuturistic architect <strong>Santiago Calatrava<\/strong>, and built net to the waterfront at Pier Maua. Its construction was supported b the Roberto Marinho Foundation and cost approimatel 230 million reais. The building was opened on December 17, 2015.
